Appointments & Booking

We do require a credit card or Groupon voucher number to hold your appointment per our cancellation policy. We will not take any appointments without it.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

We do require at least 24 hours to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel or let us know that you are unable to make it to your appointment, the fees are as follow:

Under 24 hours- 60 min- $30 90 min- $55

Under 12 hours- 60 min- $50 90 min- $75

Under 8 hours- 60 min- $70 90 min- $95

Under 2 hours & No Show- Full price

**For Groupon Clients- if you cancel under 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be charged. If it is under 24 hours, or If you don't show up- your voucher will be redeemed. If you wish to use it another day, you will pay the difference between our original price and your purchase price.

Groupon Policy

We only take ONE voucher per person. These are for NEW clients only. If you have multiple vouchers, you can either gift it, contact Groupon for a credit, or you can use it but pay $30 for an hour or $45 for 90 min or $65 for 2 hours.

Groupon's promotional price is the expiration date on your voucher. If your voucher date is expired, you can apply your purchase cost towards a full priced massage and pay the difference.

We do request that you provide gratuity based on the full priced service.
