Our post op surgical care treatments is a very critical and important part of your procedure. Our treatments are to help optimize your healing recovery time with specialized and focused massage techniques along with manual lymphatic drainage. Our post op treatments are designed to reduce swelling, improve circulation, decrease pain, promote wound healing, prevent and treat fibrosis, reduce scar tissue (keloids) formation, and assist with relaxation.
Every session is customized to your individual healing process, during each stage of recovery.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage helps remove excess fluid from your body, and is important once your incisions are closed. We help reroute your Lymphatic system to the proper drainage sites in your body.
We recommend coming to us for a few sessions prior to your surgery, so your body will respond to the healing process sooner
What to expect?
Day 1-2 days Post Op
We use a lighter pressure, fluid drainage, and assisting with softening tissue with fibrosis, increasing circulation and helping with keloids around incisions
2-7 days Post Op
Help decrease swelling, and focus on fluid accumulation helping with fibrosis
1-3 weeks Post Op
Same as above, helping with residual scar tissue and adhesions
3 weeks to several months Post Op
Helping with scar tissue repair, helping with fluid retention, nerve tissue repair, and assisting with maintaining body contouring, adding nutrition and stretches.

Because your body has gone through a lot of trauma, in the beginning you will need more sessions, and then they will taper off. Our pricing and times are based on how many procedures you get done. We do have packages available to help assist you in your recovery process.
